With a 24 hour control centre and a mobile patrol unit as back up, our officers are well placed to not only assist with routine tasks but to escalate their duties in the event of a major incident.

Community Patrols

Sanctuary provides mobile patrols within specific neighbourhoods, where our security team will patrol the neighbourhood throughout the day, evening and night and check on the premises and homes of those people who have subscribed to our service. In addition, we can provide more intensive patrols whilst the owners are on holiday, manage emergencies such a fire, flood and vandalism and respond to burglar and car alarm activation. Our community patrol team also provide an emergency response service where our clients are able to call our 24 hour team should they wish to report any potential concerns.

Safeguarding Services

Sanctuary provides a range of specialist services for organisations working with children and vulnerable adults. We work with schools, nurseries, medical services, housing associations, care homes, charities, colleges and universities, youth services, religious groups and home care services and carry out extensive background checks on new staff, provide specialist training in child and adult protection (known as "Safeguarding"), complete comprehensive safeguarding risk assesments, security patrols and run online safety workshops for children and young people and their parents.

Door Supervisors and Event Stewards

Sanctuary provides trained, licensed, vetted and skilled Door Supervisors and Stewards, for licensed premises, hotels, social functions, sporting events, exhibitions, night trade premises and live events. Our Mobile Support Unit  provides invaluable back-up and support to our clients and is an invaluable aid in preventing and managing critical incidents. Our strong focus on Customer Care and Conflict Resolution make us an ideal partner for licensed and late night venues, where we aim to support your business in providing a professional and positive experience for your clients.

VIP Close Protection

Our Close Protection Unit is a dedicated team of highly trained and capable security professionals who take care of the security and safety needs of people in the public eye or those at risk. Following an extensive risk assessment process, our team will develop a CPS (Comprehensive Protection Strategy), which could includereconnaissance assignments, de-bugging, route planning, environmental control, counter-threat management and tactical driving. Our CPU team have all served in either the armed, police, or prison service and have extensive active experience in close protection duties.

Private Investigations and Covert Surveillance

Our Private Investigations Team provide a range of services for individuals, organisations and families who are concerned that their health, safety or interests are being compromised by others. Using the latest in digital technology, surveillance techniques and investigative methods, our highly skilled team are able to help organisations concerned about staff malpractice, the loss of revenue or intellectual property or need to trace a missing person or the hidden assets of a debtor, as well as individuals who are concerned about their partners integrity and local authorities and housing associations who are concerned about anti-social behaviour by tenants and their guests. All of our work complies with the law, in particular the Data Protection Act, Private Security Industry Act, Human Rights Act and the Investigatory Powers Act.  

Process Serving

Our Process Serving Team hand deliver legal and sensitive documents to identified individuals in order to ensure that these have been formally received. This could include Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Divorce Petitions, Family Proceedings, Court Orders, Injunction Orders and Writs, Citations and Summons papers.

CCTV and Other Monitoring Systems

Technology can never replace manpower completely, but it can provide an economic alternative when used correctly. CCTV takes many forms from rugged PTZ (power, tilt, zoom) units for all weather use, to micro cameras for covert staff surveillance. All our equipment is professionally installed and operated and comes with full maintenance contracts to give you peace of mind.
